I am arriving into the UK and the flight is delayed what
happens next?
There is no need to worry if your flight is delayed. We will
use your flight number to monitor the new flight schedule.
Our driver will reschedule the journey according to the new
time of arrival.
Are there any extra charges for Airport pick-up?
The prices are the same for all bookings. For airport
pick-up our driver will add the cost of parking to your
usual price. This extra charge is kept at a minimum, our
driver will not arrive at the airport hours before your
landing time.
How do I contact the driver?
You will be given a mobile number of the driver to contact.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all methods of payment, including credit/debit
cards and cash.
